Together, we develop a nutrition program that is sustainable for you. Rather than implementing a temporary diet, I focus on guiding you through the best way to fuel your body, while also helping you determine how to factor everything else in. I give you all the tools you need to be successful long-term.
The ultimate accountability
You are 95% more likely to achieve a goal if you have accountability. Accountability is the glue that bonds commitment to results. Weekly check-ins, honest feedback, and holding you to your committments will help you build strength and consistency. I aim to be your motivator, cheerleader and guide to a healthier life. I will be with you every step of the way. We tackle all the obstacles you face in order to build your confidence and increase the belief you have in yourself.
Education and training
Confidence comes with training, this is why one of my main priorities is teaching you about food. You will gain a greater understanding of the most fundamental principles of nutrition and how various foods affect the body. You will become a master at navigating social situations, eating out, and eating on the go. Once you gain the knowledge and are able to apply it to your life, you will feel empowered to keep going.
A healthier mindset
You can go 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, and 3 minutes without breathing, but you can't even go 3 seconds without thinking. Why then, do we spend so little time and energy improving our mental health? As you seek to make meaningful change with your food, it's important to address the matters of your mind along the way. This is why we work towards not only creating a healthier plate but a healthier mindset too.
A supportive community
Once you commit to a program you immediately gain a supportive community of people who are on the same mission as you. Some who are just getting started and others who have more experience and insight. The private facebook group serves as an additional source of support and our quarterly group meetings give you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge about nutrition and health and connect with others.
