Wild Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:


1/2 cup wild blueberries

1/2 small zucchini, peeled and frozen

2 scoops (about 2 tbsp) collagen powder

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
