Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes


  • 1 1/2 lb Sweet Potato, chopped

  • 1 tsp dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil, melted

  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the potatoes in to bite-size pieces and toss with dried seasonings and coconut oil.

  3. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are browned and soft. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve (optional)
