Hollandaise Sauce



Ingredients:

2 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee, melted

1 egg yolk

1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 tsp water


Yields 1/4 cup

Instructions:


1. In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until well combined.
