2/3 cup cashew or almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips (sugar-free or dairy-free)
2 scoops vanilla bone broth protein
3 tbsp coconut cream
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend well. Stop, scrape down the sides, blend again.
Add in chocolate chips to mixture.
On a rimmed banking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool completely.
Cut into six bars.
