Healthy Protein Cookie Dough Bars

2/3 cup cashew or almond butter

1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips (sugar-free or dairy-free)

2 scoops vanilla bone broth protein

3 tbsp coconut cream

1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend well. Stop, scrape down the sides, blend again.

  3. Add in chocolate chips to mixture.

  4. On a rimmed banking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove and allow to cool completely.

  7. Cut into six bars.
