Goji Berry Trail Mix

Ingredients:


1/2 cup raw or roasted Brazil nuts

1/2 cup raw or roasted walnuts

1/3 cup raw or roasted cashews

1/3 cup raw or roasted pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup goji berries

1/3 cup raisins

2 tbsp flaked or shredded unsweetened coconut

1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


Instructions:


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in a wide-mouth mason jar for easy pouring and keep in the fridge for up to 2 months.

  2. Can also add almonds (1/3 cup), hazelnuts (1/3 cup) and sunflower seeds (1/3 cup) if desired.
