1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix coconut flour and lard (or coconut oil) together until crumbly.
Mix in eggs and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
Add in baking soda and salt and mix well.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
Place on the sheet tray and lightly press down on each one.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
