Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

2 medium peeled sweet potatoes, 12 oz total

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika

Fresh black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil.

  3. Slice each potato into even small, 1/4 inch thick fries.

  4. Toss with oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.

  5. Cook in 2 or 3 batches, without overcrowding the pan, turning half way.

  6. Cook for 8-15 minutes, check on frequently till they've reached desired texture.
