Clean Ketchup


1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

2 tbsp gluten-free tamari

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp raw honey or monk-fruit sweetener (optional)

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder

1/2 tsp salt


1. Scoop out the tomato paste and place in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Makes 1 cup.
