I work with people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Through implementing the most fundamental nutrition principles, personalized tailoring and behavioral change counseling, I teach people how to make eating well almost effortless. I help people create a sustainable, long-term strategy with food and embrace a new, healthy way of living.
Getting you set up for success is my priority. We'll discuss your relationship with food, personal goals, challenges, and get you acquainted with a brand new nutrition blueprint. You’ll walk away from this meeting with a clear, detailed game plan and the confidence to start making positive change.
At our in-person meetings we evaluate your body composition, discuss your wins, identify any obstacles you have, and introduce new strategies to help you move forward in the best possible way. We work as a team to author an optimal nutrition strategy, making adjustments as we go. This ongoing educational process is designed so that you exit the program with a plan for a lifetime.
Weekly check-ins allow us to monitor your progress closely and hold you accountable to your committments. I'm eager to support you and will help you tackle challenges as you build consistency into your day-to-day life. Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results.
